They managed the chaos with grace and professionalism, and I was truly impressed. If those two aren't already managing the place, they definitely should be.

I got food poisoning from their subway, and I suspect the teriyaki chicken had been sitting out all day before they served it to me, along with countless others. A significant warning sign was when an olive rolled off my sandwich onto the countertop, and they just picked it up and put it back on without a second thought, even though I was watching. Despite this, I decided to give them a chance and ate half of my sub since I was really hungry. Unfortunately, I immediately felt awful and ended up throwing up. The meat even had a foul smell after it was heated—another huge red flag. This place is clearly not hygienic or qualified to serve food! They really should be shut down; I don't understand how they are allowed to operate.

I came to visit SB for a quick getaway Jimmy greeted me with amazing customer service, I came upset at the store but man was just so cheerful I couldn't be angry and the sandwich tasted amazing it's almost if he knew what I was going to order! The employees their don't care enough to give even the slightest effort to make you... read more By far the worst customer service I've ever received from any establishment. The employees their don't care enough to give even the slightest effort to make you feel welcome nor to make a good sandwich. It's seriously not that hard to put together a sandwich the way you'd want to eat it, but they just throw it together like they couldn't care less about what their doing. This place needs new management, new staff, and new procedures for appropriate steps of service. Never coming back to this location.
