Pattaya Thai - Goleta

The food at this restaurant is excellent, with an amazing curry and fresh vegetables. The dishes are served piping hot. The ambiance is outdated and could use a remodel. It would be nice to have better quality water for guests. There is an additional charge for ice in the Thai tea. The soda is served in a can. Takeout is likely the best option.

I have enjoyed everything I've sampled at this restaurant, including the tofu dishes, curry, and spring rolls. The atmosphere is welcoming and has a special charm. While I have read some negative reviews about the main woman who works there, I urge you not to let that deter you. She may be efficient, but she is also friendly and clearly dedicated to her business.

I had always heard that this was the best Thai food in the city, and I can now confirm that it is not just the best in the city, but the best in the world.

Pattaya is the best Thai food in Santa Barbara! Amazing taste, friendly waitstaff, good portions, and decent prices. I always get the basil wings, garlic pepper chicken, and yellow curry. I actually love the building it feels cozy and down to earth. Going to Pattaya is a very comforting experience.

I'm so impressed by the takeout we got from Pattaya last night! We loaded up on many dishes so we could enjoy leftovers. I appreciate that Pattaya does not use styrofoam takeout containers and they were able to put our entire order into a box. Each bite was so delicious and wonderful!
