What Cariana Newberry doesn't like about Starbucks:
this starbucks is super unprofessional. if you’re going to close early on new year’s eve put a sign up, turn off the drive through ordering menu, have the decency to let people know hey we are actually closing early. instead of having a massive line form waiting. it would’ve simply took letting a few people know and shutting off some things.even a sign taped to the drive thru would’ve been great. people just do the b... The parking lot is crazy. It's definitely dangerous. The parking lot looks like an accident waiting to happen.
Ordered a tall but received the small. Didn't realize they cheated me until I was halfway to work
On March 13, 2024 I went through Starbucks drive in located on Berkley Blvd. in Goldsboro, NC to order $130 worth of gift cards. The lady told me to pull around to the window I would be taken care of. The manager, Anthony, met me at the window and told me I HAD to come in. I asked why , since I do this quite often (last time was $200) picking up gift cards at window. So I hobbled in (knee surgery) and once gain asked why I HAD to walk in to get gift cards . It was at this point that Anthony told me I don 't like your attitude, go someplace else . I said really . Bottom line, he would not sell me the gift cards based on his thought that I had a bad attitude . This encounter led me to think less of Starbucks based on how I was treated by Anthony. As a business owner, it may be worth checking into this particular employee. Thanks for your help with this issue.
People were super friendly and coffee was amazing ?
I tried this Honey Citrus mint tea and it was a great tea. The wife and I were under the weather and next day after drinking the tea. The next day we were both starting to feel better.
