husband and I had a rare date night, nikita our waitress, was amazing. she was up in the service, drinks were served very quickly, eating came quickly, although they were busy, and refilling were available without waiting to be asked. What User doesn't like about Outback Steakhouse:
I walked in there was maybe five people in the restaurant, ordered to go, sat at the bar and waited for 45 minutes just to be told my bag was over there at the takeout area and no one was around. It seemed like there was a bunch of new people no one really knew what to do other than hold on let me go get someone. no one was to be found other than a group of people standing around talking n the awesome bartender. The steak was phenomenal—rich, juicy, and incredibly tender! The chicken was a little on the bland side, but adding some lemon pepper really elevated it. The chili was just as you would expect from a chili dish. The potato soup was mind-blowingly delicious, and the Aussie fries topped with cheese and bacon were decent. The tea offered was the classic East Coast style, which was pretty much just sugar water!
I was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a meal for my wife, and when it arrived, it was far from good. The tomatoes and lettuce were wilted, and the fries were unappetizing. Overall, it was very disappointing.
The salmon was absolutely perfect—flaky and delicious, just like the shrimp. However, I didn’t receive my salad, which I’m not sure justified such a large refund. Still, I appreciate your effort to address the issue. Thank you!
Save your money on the NEW! Wedge Side Salad. Just grap lettuce, 3 tiny tomatoes and a tablespoon of cheese and you made it!! This looked so good in picture and obviously that is NOT what I received. The Outbacker Burger*. was fine nothing special except they DID spare fries because there werent many with either persons order.
The sweet potato was burnt on the bottom. It was requested that the salad have no onions on one of them however one of the salads had no tomatoes and they all had onions on them. I asked for extra side for the potatoes, one of the butter sour cream containers had butter and sour cream in one never seen it come that way but wanted the extra seperate.
