Had very bad experience with jades on 111. I had order two meat one side which was jalapeno chicken and burbon chicken with lo mein noodles. Well i got home had nothing but burbon chicken and i also found either hair or metal bristle in my food. Well i called back up there she took my name and told me to come back and she fix me another plate. Well i came back and she acted like she didnt want to get me another plate saying there was nothing in my food to bring food back i said i already threw it away. So then she tried to only give me one meat one side. I said no u can give me what i had or my money back. She proceed to ask for my driver licence and told me there wont nothing in my food then went to the back n grab what they supposely clean the grill with. Then i said well just give me my money back then she said ill do it this one time i said ok. I open my plate of food barley any meat. I would never go back to Jades on 111. I recommend jades in the mall...

18 Oct 2017, they should have been open from 1100am-0930pm. We arrived at 0130pm. They referred us to the Mall. Their front door was unlocked but the lady said that they were close. Hmm!

Really like their store in the mall, this one is really good also!

This is our way to the Chinese place. it can occasionally be met or miss, but the bourbon huh and white sauce keeps us back. my whole firefighter orders here every Friday. not sure what is with their hwy 111 location, but I hope it will soon open up for our convenientity and help with the mall locations massively.

Drove my mother to jade on hwy 111s instead of going to the in mall because we need to drive right in front of him to get to mall. waited over 25 minutes until the order is wrong. she ordered two dinners: 1) bourbon huh with sweet and 2) orange bun with noodles. they have put all food on the same plate. the young woman said she would take it back and put it on another teller? we have more huh back they said the person who order wrote it wrong after 25 minutes wait, we said no thank you. we were in mall and had food in less than 5 minutes. owner; the place on 111s is in a great location to be a enroller to fix the problems. my mother loves eating in jade from the shopping center many people do. the walk-in window with the plastic and hole you have to decide on is just a crumb design. after approx. 20 minutes waiting time we tried to get someone's attention to let them know we're going. when we were gone, our orders came up.
