What Kayla doesn't like about Bojangles:
This Bojangles is still fairly new, and I'm sure it takes a while for things to get going, but so far, I haven't had the best experience there.The drive-thru line usually takes way longer than running inside to order. Very dlow service. the staff often lets the cash register work on the counter instead of taking over their order. the personal switches off constantly commanding. very expensive. very slow service.
New restaurant, friendly staff let us eat in even though they were about to close the lobby. Good crispy chicken and fluffy biscuits
Food was not hot. Bo's chicken sandwich bun wasn't fresh and the chicken was cold. Same for my wife's 2piece chicken dinner.
The one on Wayne use to be good but last 2 times I went the food was disappointing. A few weeks ago the chicken tasted like it was fried in very old grease . And then when I went this weekend the dirty rice was over cooked , it was smushy
