Bojangles - Goldsboro

Best bojangles huh in goldsboro. they occasionally screw up my order, but if they do, they are most gracious to maintain it wrong.

Stick them with the eight-part box with cole Slav and makkaroni and cheese and they will be in order. avoid the Cajun file biscuit like the plague. that is ridiculous.

At 8:30, I arrived at the restaurant only to find the doors locked and a long line of at least 7 cars at the drive thru. This is not the first time I have faced issues like this. It seems like they have not improved their service.

Six cars were waiting in the drive-thru from 6:30 to 6:35 when a male manager came out and informed them that the restaurant would not be opening until about 7 o'clock. In my opinion, they should have opened at 5:30, as they were fully staffed and ready to go.

The customer service at this restaurant was poor. They did not offer water without buying a drink and still charged for a full combo, forcing me to purchase a half gallon of sweet tea which I found outrageous. The staff they hired, particularly the girls, were terrible. They claimed they had no sweet tea but still provided it through the drive-thru. I witnessed one of them pouring sweet tea after I had already ordered inside.
