Good drinks, friendly price. I got chili darts for food, it was good. Played pool, 50 a game, nice. Would recommend to try this place.

Small town. Everyone knows everyone. I had a flee with a man with a bad rep but knows all, he will call you to all 4 bars and cut off just because you are on his playground for woman.. After we were disappointed by a brewery in the city, we thought we could get a quick beer at Top Hat. We went in and the cigarette smoke stench drove us out again. It looked like a friendly little time irrigation hole, but the smell was just too much. When we drove past the city, we noticed five smokers on a bench right in front of the front door. There was simply no way to prevent lung herds from breathing there.
