Because of staffing shortages, I had to order online. It was easy and simple to complete. My food was ready faster then I was expecting. Food was cooked perfectly nice and hot, added tofu. ••update the GM got ahold of us and offered to refund our money. This is the worst noodles I have ever been to. Charged my card $10 extra, the manager is disrespectful. Amazing people and even better service.....Pat and Kristie the manager really dug in and took care of a large order for us on such short notice. We've been here a few times before and Emily (another manager) was very curt and impatient with us as an entire group. Very big thank you again to Pat (dreds) and Kristie (green ponytail) for making sure that we were taken care of and that every detail was covered. (Edit)
Great customer service! Employee Stephen/Steven acknowledged me when I walked in even though he couldn't help me right away. My food was brought out wrong in he took care of it right away with no hesitation and apologized. General Manager Emily was great, checked on me and other customers while cleaning. Overall top tier service from these two! Just wanted to shine the light these two and acknowledge the outstanding customer service.
Noodles has always had solid, reliable food but the service at this location is consistently lacking. Portion sizes vary from visit to visit and if ordering carry out, check your bag before leaving because you risk leaving with the wrong food. Happened the other day again; ordered online, receipt was correct but different order packed in bag. Mistakes happen, but they seem to happen regularly at this location.
I love noodles company and the food is always the same almost every time I eat it. To be honest, that’s where the praise ends for this location. Walking in there was no-one in line, and a customer was sitting in a booth waiting for an order. I walked up and the girl saw me, and proceeded to ignore me for about a minute while she stuck stickers on to-go bags. Finally, she turned around, didn’t say hi and just looked at me like she was dead inside. I get it, people have rough days, but whoever owns/manages this location should consider not hiring people who don’t want to work there. Probably the worst service I’ve had at a Noodle Company. I wish reviews actually made a difference at locations but I doubt this will as the manager on duty appeared even more unprofessional than the girl behind the counter. Shoutout to the chefs/cooks though, they always do a great job.
The food here is generally pretty good. However, the customer service could use some work.
