We tried this place on a Sunday evening and the whole process from ordering to delivery was easy and efficient, they have a good selection and the food was delivered promptly and still very hot, the selection we ordered was all very tasty I would definitely recommend. The one draw back we did find was that all the pizza are the same base, no thin and crispy, which we like. View all feedback. What Hadley Marks doesn't like about Caffe Aroma:
receive the order 35 minutes later than recommended. bad customer service of the employee who called me when calling to check the status of the order. the manager has taken over the call and provided a substandard of the customer service. the driver however gave fantastic service. pizza tasted great, but not order again at aroma pizza house. it is regrettable that the owners have not invested in customer service.
