This restaurant is amazing. The woman who took our order was extremely polite and friendly, and also knowledgeable about the menu. This was very helpful and we are here enjoying delicious food in a great atmosphere. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
Avoid this place at all costs. They are extremely slow at getting sandwiches out and often only have one person working. I have witnessed customers being upset about their online orders not being processed. The owner needs to step up and provide better support for their employees, but instead, they only have one employee handling everything on weekends. I often come to this subway around the lunchtime and the staff are very friendly and do their best when considering that the place is underused. the last time I came in there was a man I hadn't seen. As soon as I went into him, he struggled with a customer about change and threatened to call the police, I don't know what the situation was, but I felt bad for him first because he was the only worker and there was a long line and I'm sure it's difficult to be a service worker who is overworked. So I was very nice to the guy and ordered my 2 sandwiches that I always get for my partner and I get: a veggie joy and a turkei italiano. the man told me that I can only order a Turkish italiano online, although I get it every time and from this same place. I told him it's just an Italian bmt with the turkey instead of sinking, but he continued to argue with me that he can't do it, it's not on his menu. I was very quiet and friendly to him, but he made some very rude commentaries asking me whether he speaks Chinese several times and speaks very slowly with hand gestures as if I were not wise enough to understand him or something. I told him constantly that I understood what he said, but I order this sandwich every time and it was never a problem that it is not on the menu. Finally he said that he would do it this time, but he wanted to calculate me twice, so at this point I just went out and got my sandwiches from another subway down the road (on union blvd,) the many friendly workers who don't talk to me, don't try to calculate me twice, and know what they do.
The worst subway hands down the need to either hire a whole new crew or shut it down
Had no issues with my specific requested sandwich, bread was fresh. Joshua was the person who made my sandwich and made sure i got what i asked for. i speculated how he treated the customer in front of me and it was with as much respect as i would my own mother. On top of the good attitude, he was working alone that day as well, which we all know how frustrating that can be.
Stopped in to grab some lunch with a coworker after going to Home Depot nearby. It was around lunchtime, approximately 12:30pm on Tuesday 1/25/22. My coworker tried to order his footlong sandwich on Italian Herb and Cheese bread, but the lady working said she only have a footlong in white bread, or a Flatbread. After mulling it over, he reluctantly chose the footlong on white bread. I was set to order next and apparently the ONLY other cooked sandwich bread available was a 6 white, like only 1 left, so I reluctantly chose that even though I wanted to order a footlong on wheat. I asked the lady how long it would be for any footlong bread to be finished baking and she told me it would be at least 20 minutes. They make my 6 sandwich and right before I am about to pay, the person behind me orders a footlong sandwich and magically the bread has finished baking and is ready. The lady told me 20 minutes and less than 2 minutes later more bread is ready? That sucks. I don't think these employees were trained very well. I will be sure to never go to this location again.
