Local favorite Lucky’s is a welcoming, budget-friendly pub with two locations (Gold Hill and a larger-stage Shady Cove). Expect generous drinks, solid bar food—wings, grinders, pastrami, tacos—daily specials, pool tables, slot machines, jukebox, karaoke, live bands, dance floor and a roomy back patio with bike parking and outdoor smoking area. Friendly, attentive bartenders and a community vibe make it great for groups, game nights and weekend music; parking is generally available though can be tight at peak times.

I stop in here every once in a while! I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve always felt welcomed here even though I’m not from there. It’s a biker bar where you don’t get judged. I appreciate that.
