They have specials most days that are very cheap and good size meals, on Wednesday is chicken schnitzel $3 then add if want parmi, chips or salad for $3 each total $12 for the lot. Good size and quick service View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Waxy's Irish Pub:
Phoned ahead to make sure the rugby was on. Assured yes and with sound. Sadly the food was cold, the sound on the rugby match was awfully low so could not be heard. A change in venue at half time was required and so well rewarded. Scratch this off the map View all feedback.
I visited this restaurant yesterday and tried the steak for $3, which was delicious. Our Brazilian waitress, Lisa, was very friendly. The Corona beer for $4 was also a great deal. I will definitely recommend this place to others. Lisa was awesome!
Whenever we visit the coast, Waxys is a must-visit for us. The drinks are cold, the food is amazing, the staff is wonderful, and the atmosphere is terrific. There's no better place to go. I always give it 5 stars.

We popped in for $3 Schnitzel..added $3 fresh salad...Yumbo ...great service..nice big chap on the door made us welcome..Cheers to a great place in Surfers Paradise..def be back..
