Contribute FeedbackTribecca NYC, a restaurant that has received rave reviews in the past, seemed to fall short during recent visits. Customers reported issues with reservations, lack of certain drinks on the menu, and subpar service. Despite these setbacks, some guests still found the food to be reasonably priced and enjoyable, particularly highlighting the Louisiana wings and brownies. Overall, the restaurant received mixed reviews with some praising the atmosphere and service, while others were left underwhelmed and unlikely to return. Despite the mixed feedback, it seems that Tribecca NYC still has some standout dishes like the sliders and jalapeno sausage that have left customers eager to return.
Having read the great reviews of Tribeca and Boom Boom we decided to head to both to try out the offerings.Firstly the service is great, very friendly and relaxed. Then comes the burgers. The flavour was great, one of the nicest I have had in a while. Properly cooked bacon, a lovely smokey sauce and nice fillings. Now there was one big problem with the burger through and that was the cheese they put into the burger patty. What they were attempting to do is put in melted cheese INTO the patty but what they ended up doing is overcooking the patty making it dry. All it would take to make this an AMAZING burger would be to take the cheese out and cook medium -> well to keep the moister. All in all Tribeca NYC is well worth the trip for the "One in the chamber" burger purely based on the amazing flavor, just ask them to not cook it well done....
Had breakfast here this morning. The food was completely delicious with generous serves and the service was attentive and friendly. Would absolutely eat here again. Thanks.
My title says it all really - so much to choose from as well, the only thing that i would suggest is trying some things on the breakfast menu without eggs (i know most people love them) - I had to pay extra to add bacon when i had to remove the poached eggs - this happens pretty much everywhere though :)
The restaurant has a nice variety of gourmet sandwiches. Nice craft beers too. This is the second time i go there, and the waiters are always polite and efficient. Price wise, it may be a bit expensive for the size of the meals, but not too much.
I have had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and have to say that all was great and the staff are very friendly. Yes they cater for coeliacs and there is quiet alot of gluten free options.
