What User doesn't like about Surfcity Cafe:
Stopped by for breakfast. The person who took my order did not smile once, and I sensed that English was not his first language. The order was for bacon and eggs (fried as they didn't do poached) and the other was for scrambled eggs on toast. I had to repeat the order five times. This was my favorite coffee shop when I lived in Australia! The staff were always very friendly. I would come here often to read Harry Potter or work on assignments for university.
Surfers Paradise is home to my favorite cafe! I visit this spot nearly every day.
The coffee is always perfect, never burnt, and tastes amazing. The bacon and egg roll is also delicious.
This small but awesome cafe is very well located almost across the road from Surfers Paradaise tram stop. The staff is very friendly and make very good coffee. Travelling with my family of 6 we found this little gem convinient, tasty and healthy. Great breakfast options at a very convinient prices. If you are in Surfers Paradaise stop by and try either a coffee or a Juice. Thanks to the lovely girls that made our juices every morning.
As people said Black Coffee Lyrics becomes bad after change of ownership.... it was a disaster to find a nice place for a relaxing brunch. We stayed close to Surfers Paradise station, and we found Surfcity Cafe. It was tiny, but comfortable and lovely. Coffee is good , breakfast / brunch at a very attractive price. A bacon egg muffin plus small cafe was only $6.9 ! (They all use take away cups, but very pretty ones!) and We went again for take away coffee on our last day of the trip.But be reminded, they close on Sundays.
