Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. My 8-year-old son was left feeling upset because a senior staff member was incredibly rude.

The restaurant staff got my order wrong and when I asked for a replacement, they refused and laughed at me. I have reported the two McDonald's workers and the restaurant to Fair Trading. The service was absolutely disgusting, unacceptable, and unprofessional. I will never go there again and wouldn't even take my dog there. Shame on them.

They got my custom order right, one of the best McDonald's meals I've ever had. The staff were friendly, and everything was cooked perfectly and fresh.

My local favourite coffee shop is closed today so I ordered my much needed caffeine fix through Mcdonalds on Uber eats. I accidentally ordered the wrong item and called the restaurant the gentleman who answered was lovely and fixed up my request straight away.

How is this rated at 2.5 stars when it’s EASILY the best Maccas on the Goldie. Only once I’ve had undercooked fries and other than that the food has been perfect every time. Sauce ratio on burgers is perfection and the crispy hash browns on the breakfast menu are to DIE FOR. Don’t be fooled by the 2.5 stars guys because this maccas is one of the best I’ve tasted
