US vs Australia McDonalds…menu is identical however; AUS medium size meal really is the exact size of a US kids meal! I was shocked. Also there is NO RANCH in Australia. Almost everywhere I went has never heard of such thing. Also tomato sauce is ketchup! And aioli is served for your dipping sauce. Sweet and sour in AUS is also spicy hot almost. Uber delivery driver, I went there to pick up 2 orders at 9.45pm and had to wait 25min, this costs us Drivers money. All the customers and drive through were getting their meals quickly its like delivery drivers are not important but we lose out on money by having to wait. There was another driver there before me so I'd hate to know how long he was waiting. I'm going to pass on doing pickups from here if it's the night shift.
Stuff up on a order can't answer the phone the staff that was one tonite just didn't care handed the bag to ppl and didn't say wat it was inside just complete disrespect and definitely won't be going back so I hope u chock on my money since u can't get **** orders right
7:03 paid for breakfast. Asked for $2 discount due to fact I had to serve myself, without an option for a cashier sale. When I discussed this with the manager he laughed and was sarcastic at me, which was very rude. He then told me after food was made that he can refund me and I can go somewhere else if I like which is a waste of company food and resources. Would give 0 stars if possible. This McDonald 's needs service for old people/people who need assistance not just touchscreen 'serve yourself counters '. I should be paid a wage to be a cashier. Eggshells within egg of McMuffin had to keep picking them out only good person was the Barista she deserves a job there but the manager needs further customer handling training for sure, and the Cook staff need to take more care when making a basic muffin.
While picking up an Uber Eats order around 9:20pm, my partner witnessed one McDonald’s employee (short blond hair, blue/green eyes, around 6’2” verbally abuse another employee that was disabled. He continually asked him to hurry up, saying he wasn’t working fast enough, you didn’t get this ready fast enough, customers are waiting, etc. The disabled employee had less than 10 fingers and understandably needed extra time and support to complete orders, however this wasn’t the case. The offending employee was standing to the side the whole time doing nothing while complaining about the other employee. This ableist and ignorant behaviour is disgusting. My partner feels horrible after witnessing this.
I waited 7 minutes for a soft serve while about 5 teenage employees stood around the bench talking about some girl they don’t like. They glanced over at me occasionally so they knew I was waiting. I gave up, left my receipt on their counter and walked out.
