I have had the pleasure of her helping me two or three times now, but I have also observed her helping other customers. This has to be the worst McDonalds store I have ever been to, they never get your order right and they are so slow, I have given them 3 chances but it doesn't get any better. View all feedback.
Ordered through UberEATS, all of the meal was correct and quick EXCEPT We ordered two Oreo flurries with hot fudge sauce. We received two Oreo cups with ice cream and hot fudge (so sundaes). Called the store to rectify this, they tried blaming us and then uber without apologising. Didn’t offer a refund nor a remake. As someone who is employed in a NSW Maccas, this is not ok. If an order is made wrong to the customer regardless of what is on the screen it should be remade or refunded. Don’t bother. Received a refund through UberEATS.
I visited McDonald's drive-thru at 7:30 am on 4-11-20, despite not usually going to McDonald's. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I waited at least 5 minutes before ordering and was very specific with my order, but everything was wrong, including my coffee order. I received pancakes without butter or cutlery to eat them with, and was then told to park and wait for 2 incorrect orders. The staff serving and bringing out the food were rude and unfriendly, appearing angry to even be there. It's understandable to make mistakes, but the way they treated customers was unacceptable. This experience was a nightmare, and I will not be returning to McDonald's again. I would rather go hungry than be treated so poorly.
My wife and I stopped by a restaurant for a quick snack and bathroom break on our way home. We ordered a Happy Meal and two $1 hamburgers. Despite the staff appearing busy, it took longer than expected to receive our food. Many customers were waiting in line, and the service seemed disorganized. By the time we got home, our food was not just lukewarm, but cold. We had to microwave our burgers, and they tasted like cardboard. It was surprising that the food took so long to make and still wasn't served hot. We have experienced quicker service at other restaurants. When we left, there were still several customers waiting for their orders, and the drive-thru had multiple cars waiting as well.
If you are after average food, under filled drinks and never receiving napkins with your drive through order, then you have come to the right place. If you have kids who need to use the bathroom, and want them to experience the dirtiest smelliest toilets around, then you have come to the right place. This franchise should be stripped of the McDonalds good name pathetic.
Spent a week at the Broadwater Caravan Park with some friends as our children were all playing soccer for the week long competition. The boys challenge, to attend maccas everyday for their fix. Of course the parents get roped in too, on a couple of occasions. Can't believe maccas would like a review, the food is the same where ever you go, the coffee varies, depending on the skill of the staff member behind the machine and I believe that with a large family such as ours, it's not great value. But you know what your going to get each time you go, a bit reassuring I guess.
