It was our first time at a Hungry Jacks, thought we should try it before leaving the country, fantastic decision. Was yummy and much less "plastic" tasting than other burger takeaways!! The staff were very nice and helpful and patient with us newbies!! Great service and nice food, can't go wrong. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hungry Jack's:
Waited 20 minutes for our meal. Came out with no drinks. Waited for drinks. Then realised we were missing 1 chips. Added bacon to a burger and paid extra. No bacon on the burger. 1 burger cold. Absolutely hopeless. View all feedback.
Terrible burgers. Stone cold and old. Tasted foul. Sloppy and had way too much onion and sauce. Go to McDonald's. They are the burger kings. Don't believe the ads for Hungry Jacks. The food is nothing like what they advertise. The burgers are definitely NOT BETTER here. Disgusting!!!!!
The Brisbane Road store, would have to be the worst store I have ever been to, bathrooms are always disgusting, certain meals unavailable to buy. I am a shift worker and drop by to purchase breakfast on my way to work, supposed to open at 5, shop does not open till around 530 nothing will be ready. Ghis francise needs to be looked at …
Always late wrong order and inept staff order food elsewhere...check your order before leaving as they always leave something out !!!!!?
One of the nicest place to come to for a quick meal and drink. Service is relatively good, and the staff friendly.
I work late and HJ Southport is only option if going to a movie. Been going for over 3 years and always disappointed service is mediocre and food is nothing like the photos that customers select from but its either HJ or go hungry. OK if starving.
