Hakataya Ramen - Gold Coast

Not as good as Muso in Mermaid Beach, but certainly an option we will use again when shopping at Pacific Fair. Good noodles and typical Japanese service - fast and efficient. Great value for money, with kaedama (extra serve of noodles for free upon request) available.

We visit Pacific Fair regularly just to eat here! Best ramen I have had on the GC, the pork broth is beyond delicious and although its always busy service is very efficient. Oh and its cheap too!

Delicious tasting ramen. Service was great and very quick. Restaurant was always full with people waiting for a table which indicates how popular it is. Definitely worth the wait although the wait isn't long.

You wait for a while to get served (on the weekend), then you get rewarded by the umami emanating from a delicious bowl of chewy ramen noodles in spicy pork broth. So simple, so good!

My partner and have been going to this place every week for a year!! Why? Because meals are always cooked fresh in front of our eyes with great friendly service and it tastes amazing! Slow cooked pork broth, noodles, fresh sliced pork and pickled veges! Not to mention the sauces and oils you can add to it.It is honestly amazing if your having a japanese craving.
