On the other hand, Fire Cue was praised for its fantastic atmosphere, delicious food, and attentive service. Another customer raved about the excellent food and friendly staff, promising to return. One diner was amazed at the corn dish and enjoyed the cocktails. The outstanding service, food, and vibe were highlighted by another reviewer, recommending the place for dates and family gatherings. While some diners felt the staff were overly attentive, they enjoyed dishes like beef ribs and Spanish potatoes. Another positive review praised the staff's knowledge and the delicious food options, especially the chicken wings and slow-cooked lamb. Overall, the restaurant seems to offer a mixed experience, with some diners facing long waits while others enjoyed the fantastic atmosphere and food options.
My husband and I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant on a weekday evening. I felt that the staff came to our table too frequently, and it would have been better if we had one waitress taking care of us to avoid interruptions. We ordered the steak with chili sauce, but the meat was not warm. However, we really enjoyed the beef ribs, which were very meaty. The Spanish potatoes were delicious, but the carrots were a bit too crunchy for our liking. The ice cream sandwich dessert was quite hard in texture, both the ice cream and the base, but the flan was delightful.
We visited this restaurant on a Friday night after reading about it on Metropolist and were extremely impressed! The staff were friendly, genuine, and very knowledgeable about the menu. The ambiance, lighting, and atmosphere were a perfect blend of a relaxing lounge and a stylish cafe/restaurant.There are a variety of dining options available, but I recommend trying the shared plates. There is a wide selection of appetizers, tacos, main courses, and sides to choose from, but the chicken wings and the 8-hour slow-cooked lamb with eggplant were particularly outstanding. We noticed that the dessert menu was similar to the popular Barbacoa in Bali, and it turns out they have the same owner. It's no surprise that this place is already gaining popularity, so make sure to stop by, especially for their $5 Taco Tuesdays!
The waiting for our meal was approximately 1 hour after placing our order. We couldn't order the entree we wanted because the bread component was sold out by 7:30pm. No one checked up on us while we waited, we had to follow up on how much longer our meal would be. The food itself was fair, not a venue I would return to and definitely not the value for
Great to see Evan again. The place is fantastic. Well done.
Loved the food, cocktails and excellent service. This is our second time at Fire Cue we will certainly recommend it to others
