I have now been their twice and both times the food was excellent. The last time was for lunch with my wife, I had the Asian Thai beef salad and my wife the terrine. The serving sizes were small but the food was very tasty and well presented. The service o... View all feedback.

The restaurant is lovely to walk in to...the staff all very friendly and accommodating biut the food a disaster!! I went for lunch today and had the salt and pepper squid with avocado salad etc!!!! Well I received about a tablespoon of salt and pepper squid. a handful of rocket and one slice of avocado. I even had to ask for olive oil cos it was so bland!!!! I had been invited by my friend who is always courteous and did not have loose money for a tip so I left one. I hope it went to the waitress and not the restaurant because this restaurant is so overpriced for what you get. An absolute rip off and barely any salad choice!!!! I will NEVER come back here again. Sorry guys!!!!!
I have been going to evergreen for years, and yes the quality of food and service in the end was woeful! However! it reopened a week ago under new management and a new name 'Green Days' The breakfast was fabulous. The coffee is the best coffee ive had to date on the gold coast!I've now decided this is 'new local' for daily coffee hit, and weekend breakfast !Great spot for cyclists to park bikes, ask management they are very accommodating .
I went to a restaurant for a friend's birthday high tea and we were charged around $30 each. The gluten-free option was disappointing as it was just a sandwich, which seemed quite minimal compared to what other options they could have offered. I was hoping for more food to be brought out for us gluten-free guests, but that didn't happen. For the price, the sandwich was worth about $5. There are plenty of other restaurants that offer better quality and value for gluten-free meals, so we won't be returning to this one. It seems like the owners are not interested in making any changes, based on other reviews I have seen.
