What User doesn't like about Zambrero Biggera Waters:
Food is good, staff always seem tired, stressed and like they don't want to be there. One night they were one short and the supervisor/senior staff member kept complaining about it to customers, very unprofessional also was rude to Uber eats driver. They seemed overwhelmed and flustered and it reflected in their service. The younger girl was lovely, but seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. View all feedback.
How hard is it to get a simple order done correctly. 4th time in a row I have requested no guacamole . And 4th time in a row it’s come back with guacamole all over my food. Food is inedible thanks to you guys. $50 down the drain because you can’t do your jobs properly. The fact you can’t even call the restaurant is why it keeps happening no doubt. Get your act together.
Not great quality.Not the friendliest staff and very stingy with ingredients.Had a girl put beans on my burrito after I specifically said no beans and she picked them out with her hands and continued making my burrito? Didn’t even think to just remake it like a normal person
Terrible service will never return. On average would spend $100 a week at your store. If I could give no stars I would.
Ordered from here for lunch today via Menulog and the food took over an hour to arrive despite saying 20-30 mins. Food arrived soggy and couldn't believe the small portions. Definitely will be going back to GYG this stuff just doesn't even compare.Since I can't reply to your response I will include it in the original message.Pushing the blame onto staff or delivery driver will not change the fact that the food was poor quality and I will never purchase from you again.
Zambrero is my favourite Mexican I love it and staff here at the Biggera Waters stall are always friendly and do a great service
