Not sure why runaway bay subway is shutting up shop at 8.30pm very disappointed second night this has happened to me why say that you are open till 9pm but lock the doors at 8.30pm please do better and talk to your staff or I will keep writing bad reviews!!!! View all feedback.
The customer service was poor as the server appeared distracted and took a long time to attend to me despite my being in a hurry. The food tasted stale and I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
I would rate this restaurant 4 out of 5 for both service and atmosphere.
