At the south end of town, it has an upper level lot with ocean views and a lower lot closer to the visitor center. There is easy beach access. It also has pet waste bags and disposal cans. View all feedback.
This place was pretty cool. Stayed and watched the sunset.
Very nice beach. Restrooms had huge water pressure so beware so you don't get wet. We had a picnic on the beach and enjoyed the views.
We didn't go into the visitor's center. We hoped for decent restrooms but there were only dirty porta-potties. Nice picnic area. Children's play area was dingy; not very welcoming. A fresh coat of paint would be helpful. Beach was nearly deserted. The beach was littered with lovely, rounded stones, and the incoming waves were spectacular. The sand was soft for sitting and taking in the view. Handicapped parking was available with an asphalt trail to picnic tables but not to the beach.
