The worst delivery I've ever seen, my order took 1 hour to be ready, I was watching it on the platform when I went out for delivery but they only let me know via Whatsapp that the delivery guy had already passed. I tried to cancel the order but they didn't want to cancel. I had to search the establishment and they still charged me for the delivery that I didn't have. The worst service possible. The worst delivery I've ever seen, my order took 1 hour to be ready, I was watching it on the platform when I went out for delivery but they only let me know via Whatsapp that the delivery guy had already passed. I tried to cancel the order but they didn't want to cancel. I had to search the establishment and they still charged me for the delivery that I didn't have. The worst service possible. Note: my order was only 1 cream on a rainy day the place was empty, and it still took 1 hour to be ready
