I've tried many times to enjoy this particular Dunkins, Maybe I will again but as of yet I'll go to another one near by

I usual... read more I visit this Dunkin' location nearly every day, and 98% of the time, my iced coffee is just how I like it. The wait isn’t long even when there's a line. I usually order ahead on the mobile app for pickup, which helps a lot. Although this location is 20 minutes out of my way and I have to pass the Dunkin’ Donuts on Eddy Road, I’d much rather make the longer trip for a great iced coffee than wait in line at the Eddy Road location, where I often end up with a subpar coffee and poor customer service.
