Just always nice and with great breakfast. Only small things were noticed: drain plugged, remote didn't work or sometimes. I found the room climate difficult. It was very hot despite minus degrees. We stayed here more often and were always satisfied. There were charging stations for e-cars whose use was included in the price. Our last visit this summer this year has destroyed this positive impression. The staff is quickly irritated and then remains unfriendly.
