The food was faded. The conversation of the service at the counter was more important than the guest's request for payment. The toilet was broken. Spare parts lay on the toilet lid. The restaurant has a beautiful ambience. Nevertheless, no recommendation.

My husband and I were there for dinner. I can't understand why this place is so exaggerated. I simply ask myself whether the stars have been forgiven, or friends and acquaintances have asked. The food was by far the worst I had eaten on this holiday. Seasoning of food and be it only salt and pepper is apparently a foreign word. My flesh was not fried, the pumice was not crispy. When it was paid, the service was more important to keep entertaining with another guest than to meet our desire. All in all I don't have to go back

Before I have to say I have been going to eat there for 10 years, was always very satisfied with excellent Franconian cuisine. Today on Sunday, I also worked in the morning (not only waiters work there) and then I was happy to eat good Franconian, the way 30km you like to buy with my 11 year old son who wanted a children's carving. Around 13.30 on a Sunday 7.8.2022... we were there and were received by an overwhelmed service a blonde lady immediately with the words There is nix more that was the first sentence we got to hear as a welcome. Asking if there might be a scavenger for my son, or if we had a sausage we went out extra, 13.30 Sunday noon is also no time, she came back to us after some time and said there were still different frying and scavengers. Then I said it is wonderful and asked why you will be greeted There are nix more ..(Garden was full of people ate all) .. there is something else, the boss told her she should send people away??? O-Ton!!!! .. and because I asked critically, the welcome is not so polite and I have been there for a long time. She thought and now she doesn't want to serve us anymore. My 11-year-old son's face was getting more and more because he was hungry, Dad we're getting more nix here? ... I told him to go back to the service and ask if she now serves us or not. Then she instructed my 11-year-old son before other guests that she no longer serves him and me! ..(O-Ton..now she has no desire to serve us anymore) So I've never seen anything like that before. If it's the heat or whatever it is, if someone is overwhelmed, you can't deal with guests like that and if they have too little staff, you should change something, but we're not the Prellbock. We just wanted to eat at 13:30 in a Franconian inn, if allowed. ..Ok she didn't want to serve us anymore because of my question. We are then down to Wannbach to the other Franconian restaurant, where much more have helped in the shop there, better organized, all of which were relaxed and totally friendly, just as you are normal. Very friendly in Wannbach. The kitchen was always good at returning, a pity that it fails at overwhelmed staff. You can also eat Franconian elsewhere, because something like I said, I have not experienced yet. As said, the kitchen is good, but apparently staff is organized on edge or badly organized. I can't forgive more than 1 star because we didn't even get the opportunity to eat because the service didn't want to serve us on Sunday noon at 13:30 anymore.
