Disappointing experience. You would expect a restaurant to take pride in its food, but the quality was lacking. The fries were cold and seemed pre-cooked from the previous day, leaving them hard and unappetizing.
We visited the drive-thru this evening around 3 PM in Godfrey, IL. There was a very pleasant and friendly young gentleman at the window. His attitude and personality were outstanding, which made the experience even more enjoyable. He truly seemed like a dedicated worker. Hats off to him!
I placed my order online in advance, but when I arrived, I was informed that my order wasn’t ready and it would take about 15 minutes. While waiting, I overheard a staff member mentioning that they were out of burgers, yet no one came to inform me that they couldn’t fulfill my order. When I approached the counter, I was told that my order couldn’t be completed, and despite requesting a refund, the staff member was very rude and said she couldn’t process it. I was instructed to contact corporate for a refund, which is supposed to take 3-5 days to reflect on my card. This restaurant definitely needs better management. I won't be returning.
Ordered my food through the Arby's app. Went in about 1 minute before it would be done, lady up front was very kind and helpful. She asked if I had the mobile order and stated yes. She said it would be done real soon she wanted to wait to make the shakes until we got there, which I believe was very kind. She handed the order and I left. All of the food was amazing. I had the French dip and it was amazing!
My husband and I just went to this Arby 's drive thru 7:15 p.m. We were told that they had just cleaned up for the night and were not serving anymore people, however online and posted on the locations door it states that this particular location is open until 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This Arby 's has the worst customer service and customer experience in the Godfrey, IL area and never seems to disappoint on the dissatisfaction meter. If you 're looking for a fast food location that makes its own hours, provides sub par food and has a working staff that should be behind scenes more than customer faced THIS IS YOUR PLACE. If I could provide a negative star experience I would. How this Arby 's hasn 't been torn down for another Godftey, IL coffee shop is beyond me. Arby 's corporate if this is your owned location you should be ashamed, if this is a franchise attention owners you need to give most of if not all of your current night shift employees the pink slip and start over!
