I always know who is good a restaurant, how well they prepare and cook nicely before I became a vegan. in these rural areas it is difficult enough to find authe... read more I always know who is good a restaurant, how well they prepare and cook nicely before I became a vegan. in these rural areas it is difficult enough to find authentic Asian foods. jane (cook/owner) has great passion and loving care and shows in...the details and quality of the dishes. my wife tells me that the seafood is beautiful and our understanding, comparable to restaurants in toronto. we love to order and have a sushi picnic on the beach. it's a goddess.

The ratio of fish to mayonnaise is also unbalanced, with too much mayonnaise. Additionally, the sushi is served with Chinese soy sauce, which is saltier and not the best match for sushi. On top of that, the price is quite high at $13.95 before tax.
