I walked in and they created custom donuts for me! While they weren't overly fancy, the team made my request without any hesitation. I returned the next day to adjust the recipe, and they happily made them fresh for me again. This was the third Tim Hortons I had visited with this request, and they were the only ones to accommodate me. It’s wonderful to experience such personal service at a chain coffee shop!

Val greets me every morning, and her exceptional customer service always brightens my day. She is consistently friendly, and I truly believe she deserves a raise! Having worked at this location during high school, I understand how challenging it can be to keep a positive attitude when dealing with some of the grumpy customers that come through. The new coffee they’re serving is terrible—it’s too strong and has an unpleasant smell and taste, reminiscent of old boiled socks. I’ll be looking for another place to go.

Went for lunch and on visiting the washroom I was disgusted by the lack of cleanliness, towels all over floor and dirt in sink and on floor. As my husband walke... read more Went for lunch and on visiting the washroom I was disgusted by the lack of cleanliness, towels all over floor and dirt in sink and on floor. As my husband walked out of the men’s washroom he looked at me and commented on how gross it was with feces on the toilet seat and dirt on the ground . We simultaneously decided to leave as we couldn’t eat in a place with poor sanitary conditions.
