Flat root beer. Lacking fizz. Cashier flabbergasted at the idea anyone would complain. Do they not offer ANY customer service training at these places any more?
We go to A&W quite regularly and find it pretty good. Most of the time the food is hot but not always. The staff are generally pretty good and friendly. The restaurant looks pretty clean except the floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned properly, it always looks grungy, not very appetizing. I have been to A&W's all over and it may not be the best but it's also not the worst so I guess that kind of sums it up.
My friend and I arrived around 1:00 pm. Ordered the normal burger and fry combo. we had to wait 20 min for our food. That is not acceptable especially when we were the only two people in the restaurant. Food was ok and staff was ok although a " sorry for the wait" would have been nice. Love A&W but won't be returning to this one.

It really seems like the employees are trying, but after 3 visits over 6 months there have not been improvements. 25 minute wait is usual. Went in to dine, customers warned me upon entering, I won 't recommend ordering unless you have half an hour the drive through customers waited at the window, then drove around to park and wait, then came in to inquire about their orders. I got my order after 20 minutes, it was wrong. Service: Dine in
