I've also met the cook for many years and had to prove it without need. We were a group this weekend and very well the quality of the product, and the abundance of rations. magnificent bell pepper with cod, very typical of here, the sweet and rich tomato with oil and thus toast, the leafy and egg leafy leaflets, or the fried fish. the excellent individual mills, and the coulante too, so I augur many successes on this new path.
