We came for Sunday noon and for one of their autumn specialties 'Sella di Capriolo' or saddle by Roe deer; two (yes, 2 servings! from delicious, delicate meat served with homemade sparrow, Polnta, brat red cabbage and other sides. We then shared a dessert plate with chestnut mousse, half-freddo and cream-filled puff bakery. The wine list contains interesting local decisions and the owner makes you feel at home. Unsatisfied discovery! Tip: If you come to the Capriolo, you must reserve in advance and tell them that is what you want.

We recently went to this charming restaurant to celebrate a birthday: this restaurant is perfect for a quality dinner with friends! A perfect salad at its best and also well seasoned with excellent oil. The meat-based second courses were also very well prepared and even in the first course we noticed a general attention to the products that added to the pleasant taste of the dinner. The wine list is certainly also noteworthy: not too full, it presents a few but carefully selected wines, including in particular the Cantina Monti Cademario. The latter actually added to an already excellent dinner. The furniture is clearly arranged and creates a comfortable and elegant environment, but without appearing too classic. fact appreciated and which does not give any retro tones. Questo ristorante is adibito alla perfection for a cena fra amici all'insegna della quality. A perfect insalata has aperto al meglio, eating inoltre ben condition da an olio sopraffino. Also in the second place a base of carne is prepared and cooked, also for the quantity riguarda il primo, s'è notata una generale cura nei prodotti che ha caratterizzato the gradevolezza della cena. Also the carta dei wine is a my avviso notevole: non troppo farcita, presenta pochi ma mirati wine di selezione, fra cui in particolare Cantina Monti di Cademario. Quest'ultimate has to be coadiuvato una cena già di per sé ottima. The arrest is ready and creates an ambient atmosphere and elegance with a classic feel; fatto apprezzato e che non conferisce toni retro.
