The recently rebranded Gloucester brewery and coffee house has faced some challenges with customer service and product availability. While the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere have been highlights, issues with staff training, limited beer selection, and food quality have been noted. Despite this, some customers have had enjoyable experiences with the variety of ales offered and engaging events like gin tastings. Overall, the establishment shows promise but may need to work on ironing out some initial hiccups to fully realize its potential as a popular spot in Gloucester.

This doesn't look much from the outside but it's an excellent pub. The staff are great and the beer from the Gloucester Brewery just over the canal is fantastic. If in Gloucester this is one of the best pubs you'll find
Nice welcome and some nice beers. Didn’t have food but it looked beautiful especially the burgers. I had a lovely beer called cascade and vanilla porter. Quirky decor as well
Hmm. It's recent take over/merger/joint venture doesn't seem to have been a hit with the evening crowd when I was there on a Friday evening. More coffee orientated as you would expect from the new front of house but Glos Brewery beers are on tap
First time here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Not too busy for a Saturday afternoon. Enjoyed a few pints of the local ale. The bar staff were friendly. Will be back to try more ales in the future. Didn't have any food so can't comment on it.
