The last time I visited this restaurant I swore it would be the last, even a £25 voucher as compensation wasn't enough to get me to relive the awful experience... read more The last time I visited this restaurant I swore it would be the last, even a £25 voucher as compensation wasn't enough to get me to relive the awful experience that we had. It remains unspent, somewhere. Today we visited the new refurbished restaurant and it couldn't be more different. We were greeted by a friendly face and allowed to choose a table. I was advised that there would be a 45 minute wait for our food. It arrived after 20 minutes. The quality of the food was first class, the price is very good and the atmosphere clean and well ordered. We will definitely visit again.

Staff were all pleasant and checked everything was ok. Will definitely go back soon.

Ended up going to bar to get drinks as no sight of them afte... read more Arrived to find table that was reserved for us had been given away. Ordered through app from table. Ended up going to bar to get drinks as no sight of them after 20 minutes of waiting. Two out of 3 meals turned up after further 10 minutes then had to wait another 10 for third meal with the excuse of “there was a problem with the scampi”. Couldn’t they open the bag? When I complained that the hunters chicken was overcooked and dry the response I got was “well it’s better than being raw!”. Appalling attitude! We were going to have dessert but left straight away. Won’t be returning.

Decor is amazing here now we will be back.
