Description

Bill's Gloucester presents a blend of experiences, showcasing both charm and occasional disappointment. Many patrons appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff, which contribute to a delightful dining environment. However, inconsistencies in menu availability and service can detract from the experience. Some diners were disheartened by unresponsive service and lukewarm meals, especially during peak hours. Conversely, others enjoyed unique dishes like the Hippy bowl and praised efficient staff members who went out of their way to accommodate requests. Despite the occasional hiccup, the overall vibe remains inviting, making it a spot worth revisiting for its warm hospitality and comforting food.

I stopped by for lunch while shopping. The staff were incredibly welcoming and considerate, especially since I was dining alone. The Hippy bowl was amazing - it was unique and delicious. I would definitely order it again and recommend it to others.

We have unintentionally become regulars at Bills Gloucester, thanks to the extremely friendly and attentive staff. Special mention to Lucy H, who always makes our son feel special. From beautifully decorated hot chocolates to birthday pancakes, our visits are always a delight. Unlike other Bills restaurants we have been to, the service here is consistently impressive. We consistently enjoy delicious food at a reasonable price in Gloucester. The team should be proud of the wonderful atmosphere they have cultivated here.

Disappointed with the menu . On arrival they told us no steaks and when ordering dessert advised us no profiteroles. Considering this was Sunday and 1pm surely their menu should have been available .
