I live in Newport News Va, and the service flat out sucks everywhere I go there. I stop here in Gloucester for a change of pace and I am far and away grateful for the service, atmosphere, and the people working here, I haven’t been this content with any McDonald’s in years. This location comes highly recommended by myself for those who appreciate a wholesome dine in at MCDONALDS. View all feedback.
What Michelle Stuart doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
This Mcdonald's is absolutely horrible. The last couple times they closed the lobby at 9. The time before that the young lady working was very vocal to say the least.(cussing) Just tried to go to this location once more and yet again they wont let you in the lobby at 9:15pm on a Tuesday. Not a great experience here. Ordered a Big Mac Meal and got a Fish sandwich. I brought it back to counter to exchange it. Nobody apologized or acknowledged the error and just told me to wait and they got me a Big Mac. The Big Mac was cold. Customer service with an attitude, the wrong food, and cold food. $10 out of my pocket for cold garbage with an attitude. Not going back.
Quick drive thru service! Breakfast was hot and fresh!
I honestly believe that the McDonalds has gotten so nastyI don't get my order right 90%of the time.
10:30 last night, fries were old, hard as cardboard. Nuggets, same story, burgers were ok. 2 people..So I paid for all that and got 2 edible burgers. I'm lovin it.....
