It’s unacceptable for a big chain like this not to grasp basic service fundamentals. Here's what happened: I handed over my card, received my drinks and food, but never got my card back. I even waited a couple of minutes after receiving my bag, expecting my card to be returned, and the young lady just stared at me as if I were the issue. She claimed she gave it back with my drink, but that wasn’t the case; I had just handed her the card, and the first thing she handed me was my drink—no card included. Mistakes happen, but losing a customer’s card is a significant error, especially since it involves people’s hard-earned money. Plus, the food was mediocre and served cold!
