The steak bomb is a standout; it’s loaded with meat and toppings, making it perfect and truly satisfying. However, be cautious! The Alfredo sauce is not homemade; it’s really thick and quite industrialized. It’s served poured over the pasta rather than mixed in, so even if you try to shake it, it doesn’t blend well. The flavor is bland and lacks a cheesy taste. Management should take note, as this dish could be problematic in a city with a large Italian population.

The quality of the food is so much higher than the quality you a seem to expect from a regular sub shop! But firing up is definitely not your typical sub shop it's more of a higher and higher class type of eatery if you're will! The portions are generous and the food is fantastic if your in need of a lunch break and in the area u need to order fro firing up !!!! I ordered a pizza and the Jr beef, which were okay, but the small order of fried Portobellos was disappointing—off and unpleasant to smell. Usually, they serve large, thick slices, roasted to a golden brown, which sets them apart from other places that only use small mushrooms. That’s one of the main reasons we order them here—they’re big and juicy. Not this time. I didn’t even consider sending them back. I understand the pandemic has impacted many businesses, but standards still need to be maintained. Save your money or check your food carefully before leaving. It will take a while before we return.

The alfredo is not store made, its really thick and superindustrialized, and it arrives unmixed with your pasta, they pour it over but its SO THICK and paste-like that it doesnt mixwell, even if you shake. It tastes blande and lacks cheese flavor. Management take note that it 's very dangerous to call thisdish alreado in a city where majority is italian.

This is differentfrom most places that just have small mushrooms. One of the reasons to order them here is because they are big and juicy. We'llnot today. I wouldn't even have considered serving this to someone. I know the pandemic has affected a lot of businesses, buttheir has to be a standard maintained. Save your money or check your food before you leave. It will be awhile till I come backhere
