Frankly, I can’t understand why the reviews for this restaurant are so low. My husband and I had a wonderful experience. The food was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

It's been 2 hours and I still haven't received my pizza which I understand why because of a parade today. However the very rude girl that answers the phone every time I call said I could not get a refund or credit to my card. She said I could not speak with the manager because he's Portuguese and doesn't understand English. I told her I don't mean to sound like a b i t c h but it's too late for the pizza now. She told me at first I could not get a refund and refused to give me her name or let me speak with the mgr. Because of this rude person, I will never go back to this pizza place in Plano and reporting them to the BBB! Whatever happened to the days when the customer was right? I'm not upset that my pizza hasn't been delivered in over 2 hours, I understand but it's not my fault and she never should have refused to refund the money and been so rude talking over me. I plan on going up there in person to talk with whoever owns and manages the place! What a shame there are rude people working in customer service like her. If she was polite and refunded me the money without telling me no, it would have made all the difference in the world. She should not be working in that position. She obviously is not cut out for it.

They have the worst drivers who like to go thru stop signs without stopping i complained to management but nothing was done i will not buy anything from this pizza place they need to straighten up there drivers be4 someone gets killed the driver was reported to police for reckless driving hopefully in the future they will get safe drivers
