Contribute FeedbackThe recent transformation of the once-beloved restaurant into Glenwood Oaks, now featuring Mexican cuisine, has left many former patrons disappointed. Customers have complained about the loud music, lack of menu options, and disorganized service. The atmosphere has shifted from a family-friendly restaurant to more of an entertainment bar setting, with some feeling that the concept is confusing. The establishment's famous honey fried chicken is no longer available, further adding to the sense of disappointment. Overall, many customers have expressed that they will not be returning to this newly revamped restaurant.
Was always one of my favorites. it is now glenwood oaks a mexican name….got seated in what looked like a garage. ordered drinks and appetizers. then the loudest mexican music started playing. i couldn’t hear my girlfriend it was just crazy. paid for drinks $32 for 2 drinks) they even charged a dollar for tonic water. needless to say i will never go back
The current website did not have the correct TIMES and our reservation was right as they opened and the wait staff had not all arrive. The current Glenwood Oaks is nothing like the old classic Glenwood Oaks from a few years ago. On the bright side, the brunch buffet was unlimited from eggs bacon to sauteed tilapia.
It sucked. Thats it and thats all! I have to do a minimum of 50 characters. It sucked hard!
The service was the only good thing I have to say about this place.. I can't remember her name but she was new and did the best she could. My food never arrived the food all came out at different times. Literally some were finished when other food arrived. There was only 1 server and 1 person working th4 bar and she primarily sent her time a one table that she apparently knew the people. She iterally laughing, talking and holding a child. She could have helped the young lady that has all of the other table. I will not be back.
Don't waste your time, this restaurant is under new ownership but they are still using the Glenwood Oaks name! The service, quality of food, ambiance, etc. are all terrible!!! The icing on the cake is that the owner is rude as h...!!!
