Sundae Artisan Ice Cream

This is the best ice cream shop I have ever visited. The decor is incredibly charming, and the ice cream is simply amazing. I tried the salted cookies and cream flavor, and it has quickly become my new favorite!

Every time I visit Glenwood Springs, I make sure to grab a sweet treat from this place. The store is consistently clean and well-lit. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their products. It's impressive to see the employees making waffle cones and bowls right in front of you. They also offer fresh products every day and always feature new ice cream flavors. Additionally, they have restrooms available for customers only. Be sure to stop by and enjoy an ice cream cone or sundae with your family!

4 stars for flavor! The ice cream was incredibly delicious and tasted just like the flavor names! I deducted one star because it was a bit frustrating due to the lack of communication. Since it was our first time there, we were spoken to as if we already knew how everything worked! We didn't quite understand the differences between mix-ins, toppings, sundaes, etc., and we ended up wishing we had a better grasp on it by the end. Nevertheless, the ice cream was still really tasty! Next time, I’d order a mixed-in strawberry cheesecake with extra toppings.

Had a banana split first time in 20+ years. Just had a hankering. It was a good call. Sundae put their unique, elevated take on it complete with a cherry compote, hazelnut crunch topping, homemade ice cream and whip. And the bananas weren't placed on the bottom like what is customary.

Ice cream doesn?t love me as much as I love it, so the nice scoop gal hooked me up with a 3 way split scoop! All 3 flavors were so so good!!
