What silvia frick doesn't like about Starbucks:
I walked up at 8:55am to get a latte, the girl at the counter just said she can only give me regular coffee, and at 9 OR 10 when someone else gets there, they can serve other drinks. She couldn't even tell if I needed to wait 5 minutes or over an hour for a latte. Shouldn't they hire baristas who can make drinks or train them at a Star Bucks? I don't know, but I found it interesting. I drove elsewhere to buy a latte. View all feedback.

Poor customer service. Cannot even honor the promotions on the app! Waste of time and money. There are 2 other starbucks locations in glenwood so I'll just stick with those two
Decent Starbucks, handled a lot of customer drama with grace.
Starbucks is another one of those places I love to visit. Caramel macchiato just makes me happy!
