Kfc - Glenwood Springs

This review would actually warrant about 2.5 stars, but I'll work with what I have. This restaurant is situated in a heavily touristy area, catering to people who are eating between or after scheduled activities. I found it puzzling that the staff were rushing us an hour before our meal was finished. We ordered one item, but our second choice was unavailable, and they didn't have enough of the third option we tried either. While the staff offered sympathetic smiles, they didn't do much to alleviate our disappointment regarding the limited menu selection. The food was satisfactory and met my expectations, at least. Fortunately, we were staying at a nearby hotel, so parking and leaving were not issues for us.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and they had run out of the chicken. I decided to stick with the original wings, which I found acceptable until my wife started eating them. Unfortunately, she encountered some sharp little bones that made them quite risky. I was really disappointed with the experience.

This restaurant is a disappointment. My father and I visited, and the hunch was so dry that it was almost inedible. We ordered chicken thighs and some dark meat, but everything was dry and had probably been sitting out for over three hours. It's unfortunate that the only enjoyable part of the meal were the potatoes. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Almost every time we are here, they are made of chicken! and with 100% safety when they go through the drive thru, they will ask them to pull and wait on the parking lot. a few days ago we went, paid for our order at 7:06 clock and did not get our food until 7:30! only absolutely annoying! I thought it was almost food. we could have gone next door to fiesta, put us and ate our food at this time. I despise this place absolutely and it's been so long ago! terrible staff and terrible administration.

Let me start by saying I 'm usually a huge fan of KFC and all of its fried goodness, however this visit was the worst I 've encountered in a long time. We were waiting for our food for over 20 minutes when we noticed nobody in the lobby had food. One by one the other customers were called up to the counter and given an explanation and the option to continue waiting if they would like. My son and I were never offered an explanation or an option. As we waited a little longer we noticed an associate digging in the trash can with her bare hands, then walked through the kitchen and then touched the plates. Then a different associate dropped his tongs on the floor then put them back on the counter. As we started to examine closer no one in the kitchen had gloves on or bothered to wash them after handling cash. We decided at that point to ask for a refund. Even after saying we want a refund so we can go somewhere else we weren 't given an explanation or even so much as a sorry . Visit here at your own risk...
