Service was great for being short staffed. We started with a shared large Caesar Salad with extra anchovies, then both had the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos. Parmesan cheese on the salad tasted stale. Tacos were very tasty but begged for more shrimp and less slaw. We both agreed we would pay more for a proper portion of shrimp per taco. What Tara Bertelloni doesn't like about Hotel Colorado:
Unfortunately the food was awful and over priced. The meats were dry, (both the sliders and stuffed pork chops). The homemade chips were soggy and bland. Non of the food tasted as though it had been seasoned at all. We had a much better satisfying meal at village Inn, for the rest of our stay at the hotel. View all feedback.

Don't waste your time No air conditioning No parking No valet They tell you to park in the residential area which is impossible Totally wasted my
First impression parking here sucks When you check in they give you a parking pass.
