Wendy's - Glenview

Update:3/16 just saw an employee pull out their phone and was over the machine reader with my card. Will update. Beware they will charge you extra if you aren’t paying attention the first two times I said ok it happens. Third time the guy panic talked and gave me my money back immediately as if he knew what was happening.

Super friendly and handled our large group well. Everyone is very helpful every time we come.

Stopped by to pick up dinner while on a drive. Great burgers on the move.

I've been picking up lunch for my friend's and my self for many weeks now, and the lady who takes my order recognizes me and already has the drink cups ready. I plan to continue ordering from this particular Wendy's. They are friendly and efficient.

Going to this wendys I do not understand why the workers do not want to take your order but instead say use the machine to place your order. These wendys employees do not want to do there full job and some individuals can't use the self order machines. If you are that lazy to say I don't have a cash register available so use self order terminal is beyond ridiculous. I left without ordering because the workers would get mad if you told them can I place my order with you.
