Our waiter did a fantastic job. He constantly came over to our table to check if we needed anything. The inside is completely beautiful. They have huge projectors, playing music videos. I had a great experience there and will be coming back. View all feedback.
What Green olive doesn't like about Iron Age Glenview:
Worst service. Came in with my partner and waited over 3 minute at the check-in and no server were there to check us in. Once we finally were able to be seated by one of the server we waited 7-8min waiting for someone to take our order which never happen so we decide and to let you know that we were seated on the side near the window where there were barely any customer but the middle area was quite busy. Ren was GREAT!!! He was super sweet and kind. He has a wonderful personality. Always had a genuine smile on his face. He was very responsive to our requests for more side dishes. If you ever get Ren as your server, he will not disappoint. As for the food, the Hawaiian beef bulgogi is really good as well as the regular beef bulgogi. The pork belly was good. We also tried the brisket. It comes as frozen rolls like for hot pot. It does not have any seasonings. It was just ok. It can be a bit dry if you cook it too long. Have yet to try any of the chicken dishes. The chap chae is ok. It has black pepper in it in case people are sensitive to that. The steamed egg is just ok. Nothing special. It comes in a foil covered small aluminum pie crust container which you cook yourself on the grill. It takes about 10 mins. The vegetable side dish you can order comes with sliced onion, slice of zucchini and slice of red and green pepper. You cook it on the grill. Nothing special. I probably would not order it again. The atmosphere is fun but loud. Lots of big screens around the restaurant playing various music videos.
His was my first time going to Korean BBQ but I will absolutely be back! So fun to be able to cook your own meats, and makes for faster service! I loved being able to try a ton of different meats. Going with a large group makes it easier to be able to sample more. You can have 3 meats at a time and 1 side, but it’s all you can eat! The ambiance is so fun- there’s fun music and video playing in the background.I tried all of the Bulgogi meats, garlic pork steak, beef brisket, pork belly, soy chicken, and seasoned steak. My favorite was the Hawaiian Bulgogi. The soy chicken was so juicy and tender. I wasn’t a huge fan of the pork belly or brisket but you really can’t go wrong with anything here. The servers are friendly and attentive. excellent service and experience. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Me and girlfriend decided to leave without ordering and decided to eat somewhere else
Food wS really good first time there. If we come back up here will want to go back.
The hawaiian bulgogi is really good together with the sauces. My friends also brought tortillas so they can eat it together,
