I visited on 1/13/23, catching up with a friend I hadn't seen in 2 years. There were 2 of us. This was my first trip to the Glenview location, but I had high expectation as i've visited Park Ridge on many occassions. I was incredibly disappointed. This restaurant does not have fresh fish!my friends and I got food poisoning last week!
Sushi here is some of the best I've ever had. I learned early on that the best sushi is made with seasoned rice (mirin) and they do it right here.
The kindest servers, great quality food and atmosphere! My family and I love BluFish and it will always be a favorite.
